From Luhe-Wildenau into the world

Automatentechnik Baumann (ATB) from Luhe-Wildenau is a global player in the Upper Palatinate. Cities and communities all over the world use products from Oberwildenau. And for over 10 years, ATB has been the market leader in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Especially in the Emirate of Sharjah.

A six-person delegation from the local traffic monitoring authority came to the Upper Palatinate from there. The city of Sharjah already has ATB parking ticket machines in use. The Arabs have now ordered the new generation of 2020 parking ticket machines. ATB has therefore invited a delegation from Sharjah to a presentation of the new device in the Northern Upper Palatinate.

To date, the company from Luhe-Wildnau has installed around 7,000 parking ticket machines in the United Arab Emirates. A new generation of traffic monitoring technology is now being launched. „Our partners from Sharjah don’t wait until problems arise with the existing devices,“ reports Dr. Matthias Baumann, Managing Director of ATB.
